Summer Childcare 2025

It's that time of year to start thinking about childcare for the summer. We are starting with first getting a list of families interested so we can begin the planning stages. Paperwork will be handed out at a later date. We are so excited for another fun summer!!  

Costs are $30 per day for the first child and $26 per day for each additional child per family.  This year the rate will include two snacks and 3 milks throughout the day. Sunscreen will also be provided this summer. There will be a Tiered non refundable registration fee, based on grade level, required to hold your spot at the time of registration.  This money will go towards sunscreen, field trips, and activities (this year we are planning many more activities such as; 2 pool days per week and many field trips which is why cost has increased for your deposit. You will make your deposit on RevTrak but will continue to make your regular summer care payments as normal. You will be given a calendar to fill out monthly to let us know what days you plan on using the program so we can plan our staffing accordingly.  You will be charged based on the calendar you provide, whether you use the program for each day you mark or not.  We do not accept children as drop ins who were not scheduled due to staff to student ratios required by DHS. Please mark all days you will need to use the program.

Summer Care is offered to students who are 2 years old and entering Preschool in the fall through current 4th graders entering 5th grade in the fall.  The program is only open to students who attend a school in the district,  live in the district, or will be attending a school in the district next fall.  Jesup Programs are licensed through the Department of Human Services and accept Childcare Assistance.
