Who - Anyone already signed up for swimming lessons at the Fairbank Pool

What - This registration form is for those of you who are interested in using school transportation for this summer's swimming lessons in Fairbank. Lessons for Jesup are from 10:00-10:45 so the bus will be leaving the school at approximately 9:40 and returning at 11:10

Where - We will be departing from the Elementary School Entrance here in Jesup

When - June 9th-20th from 10:00-10:45 (Try to arrive by 9:40 so we can leave on time)

Registration for swim lesson transport this year is $30 for each child. Registration and payment is due by June 2nd!
