We will again be ordering new uniforms for our 5th grade boys basketball team. These unforms are not required if your son only plans to play in the rec portion of the season which is held before Christmas. 
After Christmas, all kids who are selected to play in J league and tournament play will need to have a travel jersey.  Cost will be around $105 if needing full uniform. ($50 for jersey. $55 for shorts) We will plan to wear these next year as well so you won't need to order again unless it no longer fits. 
Any 6th, 7th or 8th grader who needs to order again this year should fill out this sheet as well.
